⚙️ How to Open SPHERE Settings
Depending on your remote control layout, choose the easiest option below to open the app settings:
  • Option A: Press the Three Lines button on your remote, press Left once, and click Settings.
  • Option B: Press the Center Select button once, press Down once, press Left once, and click the Gear Icon.
  • Option C: Press the Back button 2 times (if you have one playlist) or 3 times (if you have multiple playlists) until you see the menu, then scroll down to Settings.
🔄 How to Refresh Your Channels (Playlist & EPG)
If your channels are missing, frozen, or loading slowly, update your app data:
  1. Go to Settings using one of the options above.
  2. Select Playlists, then click Update all playlists.
  3. Go back to Settings, select EPG, then click Update EPG.
🔌 Device Restart Guide

🔥 Amazon Fire Stick & Fire TV
  1. Go to the Fire TV home screen and select the Gear Icon (Settings).
  2. Click My Fire TV.
  3. Scroll down and choose Restart.

  • Using the Settings Menu: Go to Settings > System > Restart (for Apple TV 4K/HD) or Settings > General > Restart (for older models).
  • Using the Remote Shortcuts: Hold down both the Back (or Menu) button and the TV Icon button simultaneously for 5–10 seconds. Release the buttons once the light on the front of the Apple TV starts blinking.

⚡ How to Run an Internet Speed Test
If your streams are buffering, check your connection speed directly on your device:
  1. Go to the Fire TV home screen and open Settings (the Gear Icon).
  2. Select Network.
  3. Press the Play/Pause button on your remote control.
  4. Click Run Speed Test in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

Use this fix if your TV guide is blank or channels are missing:
  1. Open Settings inside the Sphere app.
  2. Click EPG, then select Update EPG.
  3. Go back to the main settings menu and click Playlists.

🔌 How to Properly Restart Your Hardware
Clearing out system memory on your device and internet router will fix 90% of buffering or loading issues.

1. Restarting via System Menus:
  • Amazon Fire TV / Fire Stick: Go to Settings > My Fire TV > select Restart.
  • Nvidia Shield: Go to Settings > select Reboot (or Restart).
2. Power-Cycling the Streaming Device:
  1. Unplug the power cable directly from the back of your streaming device.
  2. Leave it unplugged for 30 seconds.
  3. Plug it back in and let the device boot up.
3. Resetting Your Internet Modem/Router:
  1. Unplug the power cord from the back of your internet modem or router box.
  2. Disconnect the main internet cable if necessary.
  3. Wait at least 30 seconds to let the network clear out.
  4. Reconnect the cables and power cord. Wait a few minutes for your internet to fully come back online before streaming.

⚙️ How to Find Device Settings

🔥 Amazon Fire Stick / Fire TV
  • Option A: Press the Gear Icon button directly on your Fire Stick remote.
  • Option B: Press the Home button on your remote, then press Left five times to highlight the Gear Icon on the screen.

  • Option A: From the home screen, press the Three Lines button on your Shield remote.
  • Option B: From the home screen, scroll to the Gear Icon in the top-right corner of the screen and select it.

🗂️ Hide or Show Channel Groups (Manage Groups)
  1. Open Settings inside the app and click Playlists.
  2. Select the specific playlist you want to customize.
  3. Scroll down and click Manage Groups.
  4. Scroll through the categories and toggle the switches ON or OFF to show or hide them.
➕ Add a New Playlist
  1. Open Settings inside the app and click Playlists.
  2. Select Add Playlist.
  3. Choose the package type you want to add (Live TV, V.O.D, or V.O.D+).
  4. Enter the matching Username and Password sent to your email.
🔄 Re-Login / Fix Login Info
  1. Open Settings inside the app and click Playlists.
  2. Select the specific playlist that needs to be updated.
  3. Scroll down to Xtream Codes parameters.
  4. Click on the Username and Password fields to re-enter your details exactly as shown in your email.
🗑️ Delete a Playlist
  1. Open Settings inside the app and click Playlists.
  2. Select the playlist you wish to remove.
  3. Scroll all the way to the bottom of the menu and click Delete playlist.
🔄 How to Force-Update Channels (Playlists & EPG)
If your TV guide is completely blank or channels are missing, manually push an update:
  • To Update Channels: Go to App Settings > Playlists > scroll down and click Update all playlists.
  • To Update the Guide: Go to App Settings > EPG > scroll down and click Update EPG.

⭐ How to Add Channels to Favorites
Make sure you are currently watching the channel you want to save, then choose the easiest option for your remote:
  • Option A: Press the Gear Icon button on your remote, press Left twice, and select Add to Favorites.
  • Option B: Press the Three Lines button on your remote, press Left twice, and select Add to Favorites.
  • Option C (For simple remotes): Press the Center Select button once, press Down once, press Left twice, and select Add to Favorites.
📺 How to Use Multi-View (Watch Multiple Screens)
  1. While watching a channel, press the Gear Icon button on your remote, press Right once, and select Multiview. (If your remote doesn't have a Gear Icon, press Center Select once, press Down once, press Left twice, and select Favorites/Multiview).
  2. Press the Center Select (OK) button.
  3. Select Add Screen.
  4. Browse the guide, find the next channel you want to add, and select it. Repeat this process to add even more screens.
🔍 How to Enlarge or Minimize a Screen:
  • To Enlarge: Highlight the specific screen you want to focus on, then press and hold the Center Select button until it fills the screen.
  • To Minimize: Highlight the enlarged screen, then press and hold the Center Select button again to return to the split view.

  1. Use your remote's arrow keys to highlight the screen you want to close.

📍 Finding the TV Guide:
Depending on your preference, you can pull up the guide layout in four quick ways:
  • Method 1: Press the Center Select button once and select TV Guide.
  • Method 2: Press the Left arrow button once.
  • Method 3: Press the Back arrow button once.
  • Method 4: Press Center Select once, press Down once, press Right once, and click Channels List.
🗂️ Finding Categories and Your Favorites List:
  • Press the Left arrow button twice to pull up the main category sidebar.
  • Scroll through the menu to find Favorites, Sports, PPV Live (Events), Network TV, Locals, and more.
🔍 How to Search for Programs, Events and Channels
  1. Make sure your video is playing in full screen.
  2. Open the Categories menu (press Left twice), select All Channels, and choose any program to return to full-screen mode.
  3. Press the Center Select button once, then press the Down arrow once.
  4. Select the Search Icon on the screen.
  5. Hold down the Voice/Siri button on your remote control and speak the name of the show, movie, or channel you are looking for.
🎬 How to Find & Optimize V.O.D (Movies & Shows)

🍿 Finding V.O.D Content:
  1. While watching Live TV in full screen, press the Back button once, then press Left twice.
  2. Scroll through the sidebar to select either Movies or Shows (TV Series).
  3. To return to Live TV: Press the Back button 4 times (or until you see the main menu) and select TV.
📅 Sort V.O.D by "Newest Added" (Recommended Settings):
  1. Go to the Movies category and select All Movies.
  2. Scroll to the top-right corner of the screen and select the Three Lines icon.
  3. Change the sorting filter to By Date Added, then press the Back button 3 times.
  4. Select the Shows category and repeat these exact steps to ensure you always see the newest content first.
🗣️ Movies- Changing the Audio Language to English:
If a movie or show automatically plays in a foreign language:
  1. While the video is playing, press the Center Select button once, then press the Down arrow once.
  2. Scroll to the right, select the Speaker Icon (Audio Settings), and click English.
  3. Note: If English is not listed as an option, an English version is not available for that specific title.
